These are specialized training services for drivers, provided through theoretical and practical spaces based on driving simulators; structured in accordance with current regulations and adjustable to the needs of each company and the type of vehicles it operates.
The main objective is to strengthen the competencies, behaviors and driving techniques of the participants, through safe and controlled practices in Driving Simulators, with which it tends to promote safe behaviors on the road, reduce road accident rates and increase the productivity of companies.
State and Federal governments establish bus driver qualifications and standards, which include a commercial driver’s license (CDL) with the proper endorsements. Many employers provide several weeks of training and help new employees obtain their CDL. Other employers prefer those with truck or other driving experience.
